Positive: Kim our host went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and perfect!! She had made us a delicious platter with local produce and left in the fridge for us on arrival which was amazing to have with drinks. The views from the cottage to the ranges was just beautiful. We wandered around the gardens, made friends with the 2 moggies in residence, along with her horses. She was also kind enough to pick us up and deliver a takeaway pizza from Seville nearby, how lovely! Breakfast was included and was sensational! Warm croissants, juice, yogurt and beautiful fresh fruits and local honey were delivered to our cottage. Yum! If you’re looking for a relaxing weekend away location close to wineries, Olinda and Sassafras in the Dandenong’s, I highly recommend. Thanks again Kim, we will definitely be back!!. Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like, it was perfect!.
“Beautiful”
Location was great. it was at a side road on the top of the slope overseeing a field with farm animals roaming free. it’s very quiet and exclusive.
The place was tastefully furnished and the garden and play area were nicely decorated and well kept up.
Host was very welcoming and prepared a wonderful breakfast for us every day – best yogurt one has ever tasted.
“Perfect Place For Our Wedding Night”
We stayed in the Garden Suite for our Wedding night. We didn’t arrive until late, but they were very accommodating -letting us drop our suitcases off early, and even putting our champagne in the fridge so it was all ready for us when we arrived. The room was absolutely beautiful and it was fantastic to have a spa after our wonderful but very long day! The setting is magnificent and we woke up to a beautiful French breakfast waiting for us on the front verandah. It was all a glorious experience and I would highly recommend it!
“Salubrious”
Possibly one of the most peaceful and beautiful places to stay in Victoria. Amazing gardens and animals to see and feed. The owners and proprietors, are a welcome change to a lot of places. Warm and inviting, their knowledge of the area is invaluable and is more than happy to help you decide on, organise and book one of the great wine tours of the area. Book a room here now, we definitely will be again.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at this place. Kim’s generosity was truly remarkable as she upgraded our room to one with a pool view for free ($100 expensivethan our reservatio). The room was not only spacious but also clean, offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding farms. The room had a dry sauna, made our stay special. We had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our time there, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. We recommend this place, and it’s no wonder why everyone gives it a 5-star rating—they truly deserve it!

“A Beautifully Presented BnB”
My fiancé and I stayed two nights in the Garden Room for the Queens Birthday long weekend. It was absolutely gorgeous. A beautifully presented room with gorgeous views of the gardens. Great sized room and lovely decor. A very enjoyable breakfast with fantastic tasting croissants! We highly recommend Dalblair Bed & Breakfast!
“Just what we needed”

My daughter and I had a wonderful time, and fell in love with the place the minute we walked inside our apartment. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need, lovely decor, but it was the views over the pool, gardens and the valley that made it so special.
We visited surrounding wineries and towns, but our main aim was to spend time by the pool swimming and reading, and that we did.
Fiona was very helpful with suggestions, and she was spot on with them all. We are planning a return visit.
Room Tip: We loved being in “Water’s edge”, having the pool just outside our apartment, and view…
“We Loved It!”
We stayed for just one night in March to attend our friends wedding which was held near by. We stayed in the garden Suite and it was just gorgeous! The location was peaceful and sorrounded by garden. Our friends stayed in another one of the suites which was just as nice, however more modern styled. We really regretted not having the time to spend longer there as we didn’t have a chance to really relax. We really enjoyed our morning on the deck with our friends where Fiona served us a beautiful breakfast!
“Incredible Weekend Away!”
We stayed here recently for two nights. From the moment you arrive you are met by beautiful views, an amazing garden. We stayed in the Garden Suite and it was perfect. The breakfast was also delicious and absolutely what we wanted with the fresh fruit, croissants and juice. The location was amazingly close to many wineries, cellar doors and also Mt Dandenong. We could not recommend this place more if we tried. Would definitely stay again.
“Attention to detail”
We enjoyed our (unfortunately too short) stay at Dalblair very much. We were 2 couples who stayed in a lovely cottage, which had some really lovely touches and showed a fine sense of attention to detail. It rained pretty-much the whole time during our stay, so we certainly appreciated the cosy fireplace which was already going on our arrival. On the flip side we unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful gardens the way I would have liked to. So anyone who catches some good weather can certainly look forward to that too. The cottage/premises is very clean throughout. Beds very comfortable. Good quality amenities. Would definitely recommend and if we’re lucky enough to head back this way any time, would go back and for longer. Thanks for a lovely short getaway.
“Perfect”
We decided to go to the Herb and Chilli festival and decided to stay in Seville for the night as it was also our 20th wedding anniversary. The accommodation in the Garden suite was magnificent. Breakfast on the verandah was delightful with heavenly views. Next time we plan to stay for longer.
